7/2010  PREVAIL Opens corporate offices in India.

 

6/2010  PREVAIL assists a large defense contractor with a key contract win.  PREVAIL supported corporate proposal efforts leading the staffing and transition strategies for the $90M win.

 

4/2010  PREVAIL receives recognition and award from the U.S. Secretary of Defense and the National Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve(ESGR) for being a supporter and employer of Veterans. 

 

4/2010  PREVAIL assists in Raytheon Company's win of $100M Intelligence Community Contract.

 

3/2010  PREVAIL Sr. Vice President John Tackett joinned the Ranger Up team to compete in The Bataan Memorial Death March in White Sands, New Mexico.   The team finished for a record breaking time, carrying their 45lb ruck sacks in the civilian co-ed "heavy" division. The Bataan Memorial Death March is a challenging 26.2 mile march through the high desert terrain of  White Sands Missile Range, conducted in honor of the heroic service members who defended the Philippine Islands during World War II, sacrificing their freedom, health and, in many cases, their very lives. Upon finishing the march the team donated over 270 pounds of food to the post MWR food bank.

 

 

12/2009  PREVAIL delivers holiday cheer! Every Christmas season since the company was founded PREVAIL has choosen a charity to support that obtains and delivers toys and needed items such as clothing and food to local families in need.  This year PREVAIL supported the U.S. Marine Charity "Toys for Tots" with hundreds of dollars in toys and donations that was distributed within the local community.

 

12/2009  PREVAIL assists with packaging gifts and care packages for deployed soldiers and personnel having to spending the holiday season away from their families.

 

11/2009 PREVAIL supports a local food kitchen with contributions that feed hundreds of individuals on Thanksgiving.

 

 

8/2009  PREVAIL employees donate time and money to purchase and deliver additional school supplies for elementary school children and classrooms in need.

 

 

5/2009 Y-Me. PREVAIL supports a local team for the Mothers Day Breast Cancer walk in the Nations Capital - Washington D.C. Every year more than 40,000 people gather in 13 cities across the country to show their support. Approximately $4 million was raised to help ensure that no one faces breast cancer alone.

 

2/2009  PREVAIL assists partner with government contract win. PREVAIL contributed to capture efforts that led to this important win for a defense contractor looking to expand their IC contracts.

 

9/2008  Fight Gone Bad. PREVAIL Sr. Vice President John Tackett joined the cross-fit community in raising money for Prostate Cancer research and the Wounded Warrior Foundation by participating in grueling work-out sessions for donations.

 

12/2008  This holiday season PREVAIL contributed to a local charity that provided Christmas gifts, clothing and food to needy families.

 

6/2008  PREVAIL teams with partner Raytheon, Intelligence & Information Systems (IIS) to secure a large Intelligence Community contract win worth over $600M.

 

12/2007  Toys for Tots. This Christmas PREVAIL Corporation donated to the U.S. Marine led charity, several containers full of new toys for children and young adults.

 

11/2007  Food for the Holiday. PREVAIL works with Central Union Mission to provide meals this Thanksgiving to those in need.

 

7/2007  PREVAIL helps small business win contract. PREVAIL corporation worked with a newly formed small business to manage and produce a winning proposal that secured the companies first corporate government contract.

 

06/2007  PREVAIL attends the 2007 National Conference on Community Preparedness  hosted jointly by the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM) and the National Emergency Management Association (NEMA). The event was focused on groups and individuals dedicated to making their communities safer, stronger, and better prepared for all types of hazards.

 

06/2007  PREVAIL pledges support to help feed, provide shelter and provide needed recovery, education, and work training services to the homeless and needy families in the Virginia and Washington D.C. area this summer and throughout the year through Central Union Mission. Central Union Mission was established in 1884 and has cared for and provided services for people for over 120 years making it Washington's longest-running social service organization. 

 

05/2007  PREVAIL Corporation supports and participates in the Mothers Day Y-ME National Breast Cancer Organization event to provide awareness and support to families dealing with Breast Cancer.  More than 40,000 participants across the nation participated in Mothers Day events to raise funds to support this important program.
